You retain ownership of videos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transform your content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

Refund Policy
